- The new options include heaps of different colored pinstripes that can be added.
- The Flying Spur and Bentayga are also available with carbon fiber body kits.
- As with other bespoke programs from other marques, options don’t come cheap.
For many wealthy car buyers, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a car that looks like everyone else’s doesn’t make sense. As a result, ultra-luxury brands have heavily invested in personalization programs, ensuring customers who want something unique can get it. Bentley has been doing this through its Mulliner division for several years, and it’s taken things up a notch by adding even more accent colors to its already expansive palette.

Those placing an order for a new Continental GT or Continental GT Convertible can now choose to have the British brand apply accent colors in gloss and satin finishes to several exterior parts. For example, colored accents can be applied to the wing mirrors, the bumpers, the doors, and the wheels.

While Bentley isn’t getting into specifics about how many new colors have been added, they do say there are now 46 billion possible ways to configure a Continental GT. That’s the sort of mind-boggling variety that should have even the pickiest buyers feeling like they’ve hit the customization jackpot.
New Options for Every Model
But it’s not just the Continental GT that’s benefiting from this rainbow of choices. The four-door Flying Spur also gets in on the action with contrasting pinstripes now available around the lower edges of the bodykit. And if that wasn’t enough, Bentley has also introduced an optional carbon fiber bodykit for the Flying Spur, which can be fitted with those same accent stripes.
Similarly, new pinstripe options have been confirmed for the brand’s best-selling Bentayga. Like its sedan siblings, the posh SUV can be specified with a carbon fiber bodykit, and its brake calipers can be painted in Klein Blue, Signal Yellow, and Ice Silver, in addition to the usual black.
Several different options are offered for the wheels of these models. The spokes and pockets of the wheels can be configured in contrasting colors, or pinstripes can be added around the circumference of the rim. Solid, metallic, duotone, satin, and pearlescent finishes are also available.
Bentley claims that one in four of its new cars comes with bespoke options through Mulliner. So if you’re currently on the market for a Continental GT, Flying Spur, or Bentayga, now’s the time to make sure your car is as ‘one-of-a-kind’ as you’d like to think you are.
